refund policy

For items potentially lost in the mail, I may ask for you to wait for a while just to make sure that it isn't simply delayed by the unusual global situation right now. I can work with you to provide you a full refund if there is still no package after the prolonged waiting period.

For items that arrived with you with fundamental flaws, I ask that you please send me a photo to explain the issue with the product. Without a photo, please understand that I am not willing to refund your item for you. (I have had a few people try to scam me in weird ways in the past into giving them money.)

Items that have been damaged by you somehow (eg ripped or water-damaged stickers) I am not willing to refund, as that issue is NOT the fault of the shop.
